Fidalgo Coffee's Dark Roast coffees are dark brown in appearance and typically have a shiny, oily surface. Our Dark Roasted coffee typically has a heavy body, low acidity, and deep, sweet flavor notes. Equally great as a morning wake-up or an evening dessert coffee, the nuanced flavors from the coffee's country of origin are more subtle and take on a very bold and smoky taste.
