Light Roasts

Fidalgo Coffee's "Light Roasts" have a lighter brown appearance when you first open the bag. That's because we roast the beans to fully optimize the flavor from their country of origin. This retains the unique characteristics of the coffee bean. Unlike dark or medium roast coffees, the roasted flavor is subtle and similar to a toasted grain.
