Medium-Dark Roasts

Fidalgo Coffee's Medium-Dark roast coffee is typically dark brown in color and has a slightly oily sheen on the exterior of the bean. Roasting to this level preserves many of the unique flavors of the coffee’s origin, but it also begins to introduce the depths of darker roasted coffee.
